Know Your U Program
The Know Your U program offers eligible full- and part-time academic professional and civil service employees time during a normal workday to participate in approved activities that foster a better understanding of and connection to the U of I System.

Professional Staff Leadership Academy (PSLA)
The Professional Staff Leadership Academy (formerly the Academic Professional Leadership Program) utilizes superior leadership principles and applications to develop key academic professionals. Through relationships built across the University of Illinois System, the program uses the knowledge of University staff, executives, academic theory and practical applications to foster an environment where leaders can emerge.

LinkedIn Learning
Online video tutorials on leading software topics including Adobe products, Apple products, Microsoft products, video editing, audio editing, operating systems and much more are available to all University of Illinois System employees. Courses are broken down into short, manageable segments (5 to 15 minutes each) to accommodate busy schedules. You can always come back in at a later date to pick up where you left off. These video tutorials are presented by industry experts and available 24/7 for convenient, self-paced learning.

Distinguished Employee Leadership and Team Award (DELTA)
The Distinguished Employee Leadership and Team Award (DELTA) annually recognizes System Office employees and teams for their exceptional accomplishments, service and dedication to the University. Since the 2008 inauguration of DELTA, 229 System Office employees have been recognized as DELTA award recipients.
