Assistant Director Organizational Effectiveness

As an Assistant Director for Organizational Effectiveness, Jackie leads the functional area of employee and organizational development and engagement. She is responsible for programs and initiatives for employee recognition and reward, talent development training and programs, wellness, and a system-wide leadership development program.

Jackie began working at the University of Illinois System in 1999. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational and Professional Development from Eastern Illinois University is a certified facilitator for the Hogan and Center for Creative Leadership development assessments. Jackie also maintains a professional human resource certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
