Signing up for Direct Deposit is a quick, easy, and efficient way to receive your pay. Earnings are electronically transferred into an account at the financial institution of your choice.
Consider the following when choosing Direct Deposit:
- Changes to direct deposit may take an extra pay cycle to implement.
- You may choose to have your pay directly deposited in up to two financial institutions. You may also elect to have your primary or secondary deposit be made to a pay card instead of a traditional bank account.
- Employees without an active direct deposit account prior to receipt of first pay will receive funds on a pay card. These cards must be picked up at your University Payroll & Benefits office for activation.
