Incentive Programs
- Employee Referral - a discretionary program to offer a referral incentive for certain approved vacant positions.
- New Hire Sign-On - a discretionary program to offer a sign-on incentive payment for certain hard to fill or high demand positions.
System Office Search Committee Training
This short training video for System Offices search committee members aims to foster diversity, equity, inclusion, compliance, and best practices in our search process. This training is required for anyone that serves on a System Office search committee. You do not need to view the training each time you are on a search committee, but will be expected to take a refresher every two years.
