Important Note: Electronic access to tax forms will not be available, regardless of consent, for those attempting to access the form OUTSIDE the U.S. Likewise, if you recently received your Social Security Number and did not have it updated to your employee record by December 31st, you will not have access to the online tax forms.
The University of Illinois System offers online W-2 Wage and Tax Statement information, 1042-S Foreign Person's U.S. Source Income Subject to Withholding information, and 1095-C Employer-Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage Statement. This benefit expedites delivery of the tax statement by circumventing the mass print and postal mailing processes. To view the posted dates for deadlines and delivery dates go to the Business & Finance website.
