Technical Questions on HR Reports
Decision Support Technical Support should be contacted to report any problems using EDDIE, the Business Objects tool, a universe, or the EDW tables.

Forums and Training
Practice Labs - These walk-in sessions are held once or twice per month on each campus. HR, Finance, and Student Functional Area Coordinators and DS User Support Specialists are available at Practice Labs to work through reporting needs. Bring ideas for reports you wish to build, problems you have been experiencing, or questions about data elements and optimal reporting strategies. The labs are open to all users. Practice labs can be very helpful when trying to tackle your first report and you need help getting started. Information on dates and times can be found on the Decision Support web site.
Solution Library - The Decision Support Solution Library provides step-by-step instructions for many common reporting needs.
